Terms and Policies
Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards, bank fund transfers,
and company or personal checks in pre-payment of your order. We
regret that we can not accept COD orders.
GDFW will send you an Order Confirmation
including the final pricing with applicable discount, tax and shipping
charges. Note: For orders over $500. you will need to sign and return
the Order Confirmation to complete your order.
Customers are encouraged to apply for a Commercial Charge Account
by application to GDFW. Accounts are
subject to approval. Our terms are net 30 days. Contact our Customer
Service department for more information.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change, however you will receive notice of
any pricing change in the Order Confirmation sent to you upon receipt
of your order. The applicable tax and freight charge will also be
shown.
Freight
We charge only the actual carrier charges (UPS, FedEx, Lone Star,
or Common Carrier). This allows us to have a “no minimum order”
policy, as well as expedited delivery, as requested.
Taxes
We add sales tax (8.25%) to all orders unless tax exempt status
has been established.
Discounts
We extend the following additional discounts based on the net value
of your order:
• $1,000.00 to $2,499.99 7.5%
• $2,500.00 and over 10 %

mistakes. We guarantee that you will be pleased with your purchase.
Returns
Returned merchandise results in expense and inconvenience for all. If the need arises to return merchandise, we ask that you
abide to a simple and straightforward policy – speak with us
before taking any action.
You will receive an 80% credit for all merchandise returned in new, resalable
condition within 30 days of purchase. Regrettably not all items
are returnable -- books, kits, digital products, and audio/visual
items are returnable only if unopened.
If we have made a mistake with your order we will we will absorb
the costs to correct the problem. Should a problem arise with your
order, we ask that you notify us within seventy-two (72) hours of
receipt of your purchase. Please specify the order number and the
nature of the issue.
