Terms and Policies
Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and company or personal
checks in pre-payment of your order. We regret that we can not accept COD orders.
GDFW will send an Order Confirmation upon receipt of your
order including final pricing with applicable discounts, tax,
and shipping charges, if any.
Customers are encouraged to apply for a Commercial Charge
Account by application to GDFW. Accounts are subject to approval.
Our terms are net 30 days. Contact our Customer Service department

Pricing
Prices are subject to change, however you will receive notice
of any price change in the Order Confirmation sent to you
upon receipt of your order. The applicable tax and freight
charge will also be shown.
Taxes
We add sales tax (8.25%) to all orders unless tax exempt status
has been established.
Shipping Charges
We charge only the actual carrier charges (UPS, FedEx, Lone
Star, or Common Carrier). This allows us to have a “no
minimum order” policy, as well as expedited delivery
upon request.

Discounts: Individuals
In-store purchases qualify for a 10% Discount, and 15% for
purchases of $150+.
Online orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING in lieu of a discount,
plus a 10% discount for purchases of $150+.

We appreciate your company's need to meet the objectives of
each project with an appropriate style and quantity of binder. The Frequent
User Discount recognizes the cumulative size of orders
over a years time with a quantity discount uniformly applied
to each order for binders purchased at intervals, as needed.

Branding for either a company or a campaign generally
involves greater quantities that require our attentive service
to imprinting and aggressive attention to pricing. Please

of hundreds of suppliers and distributors to ensure that we
do not deliver mistakes. We guarantee that you will be pleased
with your purchase.
Returns
Returned merchandise results in expense and inconvenience for
all. If the need arises to return merchandise, we ask that
you abide to a simple and straightforward policy – speak
with us before taking any action.
You will receive an 90% credit for all merchandise returned
in new, resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Regrettably
not all items are returnable -- books, kits, digital products,
and audio/visual items are returnable only if unopened.
If we have made a mistake with your order we will we will
absorb the costs to correct the problem. Should a problem arise
with your order, we ask that you notify us within seventy-two
(72) hours of receipt of your purchase. Please specify the
order number and the nature of the issue.
