Pricing & Order Confirmation
GDFW will
confirm receipt of your order and include final pricing with applicable
discount, tax, and shipping charges, if any.
Prices are
subject to change, however you will be advised of any change with receipt of your Order
Confirmation.
Discounts – Consumer
In-Store Purchases:
10% Discount plus Bonus 5% Discount
Online/Telephone Purchases:
10% discount plus Bonus 5% Discount and Free Ground Shipping within the continental U.S.
Discounts – Corporate/Frequent Buyer Program
A company may choose to use a diverse range of products in smaller quantities tailored
to each project; yet over a year’s time will have a cumulative higher total that merits the
15% plus 5% Bonus Discount and Free Shipping of the Corporate/Frequent Buyer Program.

Discounts – Corporate – Branding
Call or email us to discuss special pricing for Branding orders. Branding for either a company or a campaign involves orders of greater quantities and merits special discount considerations.
Payment
We accept most major credit cards, bank
transfers, and company or personal check
prepayment for orders. We regret we cannot accept
COD orders.
Tax
We add sales tax (8.25%) to all orders
unless Tax Exempt status has been established.
Shipping
Orders received by 2pm CST ship same day .

Expedited delivery is available with charges split as follows:
Next Day 80% customer / 20% gdfw
2nd Day 60% customer / 40% gdfw
3rd Day 40% customer / 60% gdfw
International Shipping: 80% customer / 20% gdfw
Returns
Returned Merchandise results in expense and inconvenience for all. If the need arises to
return merchandise, we ask that you that you abide to a simple and straight forward policy
- speak to us before taking any action.
If the error is yours, you will receive a 100% credit toward an alternative purchase or 90%
refund, either less shipping charges. All returned merchandise must be returned within
ten (10) days and be in resalable condition.
If gdfw has made a mistake with your order we will absorb all costs to correct the error
to your full satisfaction. We ask that you notify us within seventy-two (72) hours of
receipt of your order and specify the order number and nature of the error.
Service
We strive to meet your every expectation as soon as possible. If we fail to meet that standard or if we have not provided an amazing product with exceptional service please contact us immediately.
